Naren Singh (Anil Kapoor) is a son of rich Indian who is an employee in British government. Naren meets a beautiful young girl Rajeshwari Pathak (Manisha Koirala). She is a daughter of a freedom fighter. Naren falls in Love with Rajeshwari. When Naren meets Rajeshwari’s father, Naren inspires by his thoughts. Nearen also starts fighting against British government.
Art work for this movie was tremendous. Every frame in the first half looks like a painting. Ashish Vidhyarthi , Anupam Kher and Jackie Shroff were the other star cast in the movie.
