Anjaana Anjaani

Anjaana Anjaani is the upcoming high budget  venture of Siddharth Anand. Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra were paired opposite each other in this film.Siddhart Anand who is famous for his romantic movies with good comedy touch is making it also in the same genre.

Sajid Nadiadwala has announced earlier that, he is ready to spend huge budget on this movie because of good story. As per his words only, Siddharth Anand making this movie very lavishly. This movie was shot in many countries all over the world.

Zayed Khan, Anupam Kher and Harry Mearing are other lead cast to this film. This is second movie Siddharth with Ranbir Kapoor.

I Hate Luv Storys

I Hate Luv Storys is the upcoming movie of Imran Khan. Karan Johar is the producer to this romantic flick. He introducing Punit Malhotra to Bollywood with this venture. This movie will hit the theaters on July 2nd.

Its a triangular love story about a assistant director, director and production designer. Sameer Dattani has played the role of director who falls to the beautiful production designer (Sonam Kapoor). His assistant director (Imran Khan) also shows interest on the same girl. For whom that beauty falls is the rest of story.

This movie was shot in Mumbai and New Zealand. Imran and Sameer Dattani pinned their hopes on this film only. Hope it will bag success at the Box Office.

Paheli

Paheli is a love story between a ghost and a lonely wife. Shahrukh Khan has produced this movie on his own banner Red chillies Entertainment. Amol Palekar has directed this movie.

Lachchi (Rani Mukerji) is an innocent girl marries a rich merchant bhanwarlal (Anupam Kher)’s son Kishanlal (Shahrukh Khan). Instantly next day after their marriage Kishan leaves their village on a business trip according to his father wish. He says to Lachchi, that he will back after 5 years.

After a few days a ghost (Shahrukh Khan) who looks like Kishanlal enters into their house. Lachchi and Ghost spends their own time and lives happily. Mean while Kishanlal returns back to see his wife. When he returns to home, every one in the family shocks to know the truth.

A Shepherd (Amitabh Bachchan) helps to them to catch the ghost. he sends the ghost into a bottle. But it escapes from the bottle and occupies Kishanlal’s body.

Juhi Chawla and Sunil Shetty were appeared in guest roles.

Cheeni Kum

Cheeni Kum was a different love story. Amitabh Bachchan and Tabu paired opposite each other in this movie. Love between 64 years old man and 34 years old lady, this is the basic story line. Director R.Balkrishnan has added comedy and narrated good screenplay. Tabu has appeared very beautifully in this movie.

Budhadev Gupta (Amitabh Bachchan) is a chef and owner for a Indian Restaurant in India. He is unmarried guy stills, lives with his mother (Zohra Sehgal). His neighbour 9-year old girl Sexy (Swini Khara) is his only friend. One day Nina Verma (Tabu) enters into his life. Nina is a software engineer, she falls for Budhdev who has the age double to her age.

Budhadev meets Nina Verma’s father Mr Verma (Paresh Rawal). Mr.verma shocks when a person older than him asks his daughter to marry. But Nina convinces his father and takes Budhadev’s hand.

Critically it was a great success, but commercially it did average at Box Office. This movie director Balki planning another movie Pa with Amitabh now.

Veer Zaara

Veer Zaara is a very good love story narrated and directed by Bollywood legendary personality Yash Chopra. This movie went on to collect the highest gross for that year. Movie was well received by Pakistan people also. This movie helped to spread the Bollywood market in Pakistan.

Veer (Shah Rukh Khan) is a sincere Indian Air Force Officer. One day he watches a bus accident and protects a girl Zaara (Preity Zinta) who came to India from Pakistan. Actually she came to mix her governess’ ashes in Indian rivers. With his help she completes that work. Veer falls in love with for Zaara.

After reaching Pakistan she realises that she is in love with Veer. Veer travels to Pakistan to meet Zaara. But Zaara’s mother refuses to let them meet. The Pakistani police catch him and imprison him on false cases.

22 years later a lawyer Saamiya (Rani Mukherji) attempts to release Veer from prison. To prove his real identity she flies to India. She is shocked after watching Zaara there who has been with Veer’s parents (Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini) for 22 years.

With the help of Saamiya and Zaara, Veer comes out and returns back to India. This movie did a really good job in overseas market. It is successful movie in Canada, USA and UK also.
