Ishq-Wishq

Ishq-Wishq was first movie for Shahid Kapoor, this movie introduced  Shenaz Treasurywala also to Bollwyood. Ken Ghosh was director for this movie. This movie narrates a triangular love story between three college students.

Rajiv (Shahid Kapoor) asks Payal (Amrita Rao) to be his girl friend and later proposes to her. One day he drinks and misbehaves with Payal. Heart broken Payal leaves him. He challenges to get beautiful girl in the college as his girl friend. He succeeds to make Sahay (Shenaz Treasurywala) as his girl friend.

But later he notices his interest towards Payal. When Sahay comes to know about his love, she asks Payal to leave Rajiv. But in a party Rajiv asks Payal and apology and again wins her heart and love and leaves Sahay.

Anu Malik gave music for this movie, Sameer penned lyrics to his music.

Saagar

Saagar was a classic Bollywood movie released in 1985. It was Indian Official nomination to Oscars in Best Foreign Film Category. Dimple Kapadia won Filmfare Best Actress award and Kamal Haasan won the Filmfare best actor award for this movie.

After Mega Block Buster Bobby, for the first time Dimple Kapadia and Rishi Kapoor were featured together in this movie only.

Ravi (Rishi Kapoor) a rich business man move from USA to Goa. He falls in love with a small restarant owner Mona (Dimple Kapadia). She also agrees his love. Raja (Kamal Haasan) is an ordinary middle class guy who is in love with Mona from many days. He never expressed his feelings to Mona.

Who wins Mona finally is the story. this triangular love story has broken many Bollywood Box Office records.

Bachna Ae Haseeno

Bachna Ae Haseeno was an average grosser and critically failure, but we have to agree on thing, it was very near to real life. Sidharth Anand who has directed Salam Namaste and Ta Ra Rum Pum, directed this movie also.

Story focuses on different stages of Raj (Ranbir Kapoor)’s life. He never believes true love. He attracts Mahi (Minissha Lamba) in a trip. She falls to Raj in first look and shares a kiss with him, but Raj upsets her by leaving her. Later Raj dates with Radhika (Bipasha Basu) and leaves her also.

When he meets Gayatri (Deepika Padukone) who also not believes love like him. Raj experiences the pain when Gayatri leaves him for her career. He realises and returns back to Mahi and Radhika for apologize. Gayatri also notices the value of love and reunites with Raj.

Movie has a fresh concept and very fresh scenes, but director failed to make a successful movie.

Dil To pagal hai

Dil To Pagal Hai is one of the super hit movie in the combination of Yash Raj Films and Shah Rukh Khan. Yash Chopra directed Shah Rukh Khan in this movie after Darr. Madhuri Dixit, Akshay Kumar and Karishma Kapoor are the other lead characters in this movie.

Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan) is a famous dancer for his own music dance troupe. Nisha (Karishma Kapoor) is his co dancer, who is also in love with Rahul. One day due to Nisha’s injury, Rahul replaces her with Pooja (Madhuri Dixit). Pooja was brought up by her family friends after her parents death. They want her to marry their son Ajay (Akshay Kumar).

Pooja and Rahul fall for each other but never express their feelings. One day Pooja tells Rahul about her engagement with Ajay. Heartbroken Rahul designs a sad dance concept. When Nisha asks him to change the dance composition he refuses to do it. Ajay finds Pooja’s struggle for Rahul and leaves her. Rahul and Pooja come together.

In this movie no negative character is there. Director showed a natural love story.

Veer Zaara

Veer Zaara is a very good love story narrated and directed by Bollywood legendary personality Yash Chopra. This movie went on to collect the highest gross for that year. Movie was well received by Pakistan people also. This movie helped to spread the Bollywood market in Pakistan.

Veer (Shah Rukh Khan) is a sincere Indian Air Force Officer. One day he watches a bus accident and protects a girl Zaara (Preity Zinta) who came to India from Pakistan. Actually she came to mix her governess’ ashes in Indian rivers. With his help she completes that work. Veer falls in love with for Zaara.

After reaching Pakistan she realises that she is in love with Veer. Veer travels to Pakistan to meet Zaara. But Zaara’s mother refuses to let them meet. The Pakistani police catch him and imprison him on false cases.

22 years later a lawyer Saamiya (Rani Mukherji) attempts to release Veer from prison. To prove his real identity she flies to India. She is shocked after watching Zaara there who has been with Veer’s parents (Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini) for 22 years.

With the help of Saamiya and Zaara, Veer comes out and returns back to India. This movie did a really good job in overseas market. It is successful movie in Canada, USA and UK also.
